How Subscription Support Works

  • Subscriptions are paid monthly, in advance

  • Your support runs in monthly cycles from your start date (not calendar months)

  • You choose a support level based on capacity, not tasks

  • Priorities are agreed together at the start of each month

  • Work is delivered steadily across the month

  • You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel between cycles

  • Unused capacity does not roll over

  • There are no long-term contracts

If you’re ever unsure whether something fits within subscription support, just ask – we’ll always be clear before starting anything.

PAYMENT & BOOKING

Payment & booking

  • Subscription support is paid in full at the start of each monthly cycle

  • Once your subscription starts, we’ll arrange a short plan, do, review call 

  • This call is used to agree priorities and define the focus for the month
