We design, build and support websites using Wix or Shopify, including branding, content, SEO setup, ecommerce, support plans and advisory tools.

3. When is a project considered started?
A project starts after payment of the deposit and completion of the discovery call.
Work begins when we start any of the following:

technical configuration
Once work has begun, cancellation becomes pro-rata.
4. What are your deposit and payment rules?
Website-in-a-Day is paid in full upfront. Time Saver packages are also paid fully in advance.
Other website packages require a 50 percent deposit.

5. What are client responsibilities?
You must provide:

Failure to supply content affects timelines.
6. What revisions are included?
Two clear rounds:

First pass: design and structure

Second pass: final edits before launch
Additional revisions or changes of direction are charged as bolt-ons.
7. How is extra work handled?
Additional features or requests outside your package (as originally agreed) will be quoted in writing before work begins.
8. What are the timelines?
Timelines for website development are set during discovery.
Typical guidance:

Website in a day - 24 hours once all essential information received and scope agreed (this may also be post branding/structure sign-off)

small sites: 3 to 5 days

larger or flexible sites: up to 2 months

Time saver sites - up to 2 months (working around priority workload)

Subscriptions delivered within 4 weeks of purchase/tasks agreed in advance
If the project goes inactive for 6 weeks due to client non-response, it will close and work completed will be billed.
9. How does platform setup and ownership work?

You pay directly for your Wix, Shopify or other platform subscription via a secure link.

You own the account from day one.

We hold build access until launch.

Ownership is transferred after final payment.

Exchange or Upgrade Options

Where work has not yet started, this can usually be done at no extra cost (other than the price difference between packages).
If work has already begun, exchanges or upgrades may still be possible, but any completed work will be charged pro-rata before the new package or service begins.
Digital products cannot be exchanged or upgraded once accessed or downloaded.

How do payments and billing work?
Payments are taken upfront for deposits, full packages and support plans, and platform subscriptions are paid directly by you.

No. We build your site using SEO and AEO best practices, but rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Your project officially starts once your deposit (or full payment) is received and your discovery call is booked.
Revision Rounds
Two included opportunities to review and request changes:
- First pass covers layout, structure and design
- Second pass covers final edits before launch
Any extra changes are considered bolt ons.
Scope
The agreed set of work your package covers. Anything outside this scope is additional and quoted before continuing.
Scope Creep
When new features, pages or requests arise that fall outside the agreed scope. These will always be quoted before work continues.
Support Plan
A monthly, prepaid service where you choose the focus each month (content, SEO, maintenance, etc). Minimum 3 month commitment. Unused time does not roll over.
Website Health Check
A free AEO readiness assessment for new clients. It provides insights and recommendations but does not guarantee results.
Work Beginning
