£245.00
Pricing & Terms
The Review: £245 (Fixed-price, paid in advance)
The Investment Guarantee: While the review is a standalone paid service, 100% of this cost is credited back if you proceed with a recommended next step. You will receive a unique discount code with your final report to be used against an Answer-Ready Refresh or a Full Website Build.
Outcome: An expert determination of the most effective and efficient path forward for your business.
Why bother now
Search is changing – and most businesses can already feel it. People aren’t just scrolling through lists of links anymore; they’re asking full questions and using AI-powered tools, voice search, and conversational interfaces to get direct answers.
For businesses, this creates a quiet but important shift: websites are no longer just ranked; they’re interpreted, summarised, and selected as sources of answers. This review helps you understand if you are ready for that shift.
The real risk most businesses face
The risk isn’t necessarily “doing nothing.” The risk is making changes based on assumptions, bolting on AI features without solid foundations, or paying for optimisation that your current site structure simply cannot support. This review is designed to give you the clarity to avoid those costly mistakes.
What this review covers
We assess your website through the lens of modern search and answer-readiness, including:
Page Structure & Intent: Are your pages clear in their purpose and hierarchy?
Content Fitness: Can clear answers and FAQs be added without weakening your core message?
Trust & Consistency Signals: Does the site explain who you are and how you work clearly and consistently?
Technical Suitability: Can structured answers and supporting formats sit cleanly on your current platform?
What this gives you
You receive an expert feasibility outcome, including:
An overall assessment of your current answer-readiness.
Page-level suitability indicators (Suitable, Conditional, or Unsuitable).
A clear recommendation: Proceed with a Refresh, Consider a Rebuild, or Pause if no action is currently worthwhile.
What this review is (and isn’t)
It is: A structured, criteria-based assessment to determine if a refresh makes sense.
It is not: Copywriting, page edits, metadata changes, or implementation guidance. Those follow once feasibility is confirmed.
Who this is for
Businesses with an existing website that still represents them well.
Owners who sense search behaviour is changing but feel unsure how to respond.
Organisations wanting confidence before investing in AI-led visibility improvements.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be invited to book a 15-minute consultation.
This short call is used to:
-
confirm the website being reviewed
-
understand your current situation and concerns (for example visibility, lead quality, or changing search behaviour)
-
clarify what you are hoping to understand or decide next
-
confirm the focus of the feasibility review
The agreed focus is then confirmed in writing before the assessment begins, so expectations are clear on both sides.
Once scope is agreed:
-
a delivery timescale is confirmed
-
the feasibility assessment is carried out
-
findings are documented and reviewed
-
a written Answer-Readiness Feasibility Summary is delivered
Typical turnaround:
3–5 working days from scope confirmation, depending on site size and complexity.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
This is a fixed-price service, paid in advance.
Work begins once payment has been received and scope has been agreed.
Cost offset against delivery work
If the feasibility review recommends proceeding and you go on to commission either:
-
an Answer-Ready Website Refresh, or
-
a Website Build
…the full cost of the feasibility review is credited against that work.
This ensures you are not paying twice for the same strategic assessment and decision-making.
Refunds
If the work has not yet started, a full refund may be available.
Once the feasibility assessment has begun, refunds are assessed based on progress:
-
where less than 50% of the work has been completed, a pro-rata refund may be offered
-
where more than 50% of the work has been completed, the service is non-refundable
This reflects the professional judgement, analysis, and evaluation involved.
SCOPE & CAVEAT
SCOPE & CAVEAT
The Answer-Ready Website Feasibility Review is a decision-support assessment.
It is based on:
-
structured review of your existing website
-
answer-readiness and clarity criteria
-
experience-led interpretation of how modern, AI-driven search systems interpret websites
The review provides insight, context, and recommendations, not guarantees or forecasts.
It does not include:
-
implementation or optimisation work
-
copywriting, FAQs, schema, or technical changes
-
performance monitoring or outcomes responsibility
Findings represent an honest assessment of suitability at the time of review.
Importantly, this is not a pretext to sell a website or refresh.
If your site is not suitable for further work, that will be stated clearly and explained.
VALIDITY & TIMING
VALIDITY & TIMING
Search behaviour and AI-led discovery are evolving quickly.
The findings and recommendations from this feasibility review are intended to support current or near-term decisions.
As such:
-
the review is considered valid for 3 months from delivery
-
after this point, changes in search behaviour, technology, or business priorities may affect relevance
If you wish to revisit or update the assessment after this period, it would be treated as a new or follow-on piece of work, scoped separately.
REVIEW CYCLE (RINSE & REPEAT)
For businesses operating in competitive or fast-moving sectors, we would typically recommend revisiting answer-readiness annually.
This aligns well with:
-
business planning cycles
-
website reviews
-
changes in services or positioning
-
ongoing shifts in how search and AI tools surface information
Regular reassessment helps ensure your website continues to support visibility, clarity, and informed decision-making as the landscape evolves.
