It is a working conversation designed to reduce assumptions, avoid misalignment, and make best use of your investment. WHAT WE COVER: Depending on what you’ve purchased, the call may be used to confirm business context and stage / clarify goals, priorities, and constraints / agree focus areas for strategic or sector-based work / define structure, features, and messaging direction for a website / identify what’s essential now and what can wait / flag any early risks, gaps, or dependencies. If you already have a website, we’ll briefly review what’s working, what isn’t, and what should be addressed first. HOW THIS SUPPORTS YOUR PURCHASE: The Discovery Call ensures work begins with clear, agreed inputs rather than assumption. It helps to focus effort where it matters most / avoid unnecessary complexity or cost / align strategy, structure, and messaging / ensure recommendations and build decisions are relevant and purposeful.
