Important to note - It is used to kick off delivery, not for general enquiries. WHAT THIS CALL IS FOR: The Discovery Call is the starting point for delivery once a service has been purchased. It confirms what’s needed and ensures any work that follows - whether strategic insight, a website build, or ongoing support - begins with the right context. This is not a sales call. It is a working conversation designed to reduce assumptions, avoid misalignment, and make best use of your investment. WHAT WE COVER: Depending on what you’ve purchased, the call may be used to confirm business context and stage / clarify goals, priorities, and constraints / agree focus areas for strategic or sector-based work / define structure, features, and messaging direction for a website / identify what’s essential now and what can wait / flag any early risks, gaps, or dependencies. If you already have a website, we’ll briefly review what’s working, what isn’t, and what should be addressed first. HOW THIS SUPPORTS YOUR PURCHASE: The Discovery Call ensures work begins with clear, agreed inputs rather than assumption. It helps to focus effort where it matters most / avoid unnecessary complexity or cost / align strategy, structure, and messaging / ensure recommendations and build decisions are relevant and purposeful. CALL LENGTH: Up to 45 minutes. WHERE THE CALL TAKES PLACE: Online via Google Meet. Once you select a slot, everything is handled automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link. WHEN TO BOOK: Book after purchasing any service that needs clarification before work begins, including website builds / strategic or sector insight reports / monthly or ongoing support services. The booking link is provided in your order confirmation. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: After the call, priorities and scope are confirmed / next steps and timelines are agreed / work begins. Any agreed focus is confirmed in writing so expectations are clear on both sides.
