Every piece of improvement or support work with Kingstown Web Studio starts here - apart from full website build projects, which follow their own structured process.

This planning session is used before any work begins or continues.


Whether you’re a first-time client starting a new piece of work or an existing client moving into your next month of support, we always begin by confirming direction and priorities.

It keeps everything organised, realistic, and properly sequenced.

If we’re working together on improvements, visibility, content, support or development, we plan first.
Then the work is carried out.
Then we review and move forward.

When should I book a Plan, Do, Review session?

Book whenever a new phase of website work is starting or a new month of support is about to begin. This session ensures priorities are clear before work moves forward.

Plan, Do, Review Sessions might be:

  • starting monthly website support

  • beginning a new month of ongoing support

  • starting an Answer-Friendly package

  • progressing a website refresh or refinement

  • Local Trinity work

  • a Customer Virtual Assistant build

  • any structured website improvement already commissioned

We confirm what’s been commissioned, agree priorities, and set the order of work so everything begins in the right place.

If you’re a returning monthly support client

We start with a short review of the previous month:

  • what was completed

  • what improved

  • anything to adjust

  • what matters most now
     

Then we plan the next block of work so your monthly time is used intentionally rather than reactively.
