Business Card Websites Hull
Need to look like a proper business online? Let’s get that sorted.
TL:DR - Need the short version?
What is the Business Card Website?
A Business Card Website is a small, professionally built one-page website for Hull businesses that need to get online quickly and affordably.
What do I have to do?
You bring the basic facts. I do the words, the look, the build and the launch, and you leave with one bonus digital marketing tool ready to share.
What is it for?
For looking credible now - a proper link for your Google Business Profile, business cards, socials and flyers.
Will it get me found on Google?
No. It is not built to win Google search. The One-Page Website, my foundation build, is the one for that.
So when is it the right choice?
When you need to pass the “are they real?” test, without building a full website yet.
It is the smallest website I offer, and it is still built with proper thinking behind it, sized to exactly what you need right now. Affordable, credible and professional.
Whether that is your first step or the only website you ever need, ideal for a host of reasons.

Do you really need a website yet?
Not every new business needs a full website straight away.
Sometimes you just need to pass the “are they real?” test.
→ Someone sees your Facebook post.
→ You want to have an ideal 'networking' follow up.
→ Someone asks for your website.
→ A supplier wants to check you out.
→ You are setting up a Google Business Profile.
→ You need a link for flyers, business cards, WhatsApp, local groups or a funding form.
And suddenly “I’m just on Facebook for now” does not feel quite enough.
That is where this fits. A proper little online home for your business while everything else is still getting started.
The questions people want to know
Is this just for start-ups?
No. It is ideal for start-ups, but it works just as well for a simple offer, a side project, a product launch, a local event or a test service you want to run without building a whole website around it.
Do I need a website if I already have Facebook?
Facebook is useful. I am not here to pretend it is not.
But it is doing a different job.
Facebook is your promoter and your ongoing conversation. Your website is your point of truth.
One keeps things moving and reminds people you exist. The other is where they land when they actually want to know who you are, what you do and how to reach you, without scrolling through posts, photos, comments and opening-hour updates to piece it together.
I hand out business cards at networking events. Where do people go next?
This, ideally.
Good networking is not selling. You are there to meet people and start to know them, not to launch into what you offer the moment you have shaken hands.
Which means you often leave having had a lovely chat, without the other person really knowing what you do.
That is where the online card earns its keep.
The card in their pocket got the conversation started. The online card finishes it. It does the explaining you did not want to do in person, shows you are a credible, professional option for the work, and sets out clearly what you do, so the relationship carries on from a position of knowing rather than guessing.
Why not just make one yourself?
You can. And if you enjoy building websites, fiddling with templates, choosing colours and trying to write about your own business, that might suit you perfectly.
But most people do not get stuck because the website tool is impossible.
They get stuck because they do not know what to say.
→ What sounds professional?
→ What should go first?
→ What do customers need to know?
→ How do you make it feel credible without making it too big?
→ Why does it still look a bit homemade?
That is the bit I do for you.
This is not a template with your details dropped in. It is a small, affordable way to get my website brain on your business without building a full website before you are ready.
What if I already have a website that is letting me down?
Maybe you built one yourself and it stalled. Maybe someone made you one years ago and it has aged badly. Maybe it is slow, broken, impossible to update, or just does not sound like you anymore.
You do not always need to rebuild the whole thing to fix that.
A Business Card Website gives you a fresh, credible page to point people at instead. Clean, current, and live quickly. It works as a straight replacement if the old one was never doing much anyway, or as an interim, a tidy holding position while you decide whether a fuller website is the right next move.
Either way, it does the urgent job first: it stops the old one making you look worse than you are.

What’s included in the Business Card Website?
You get a professionally written one-page website, light keyword research, a clear page structure, brand support including a simple logo and colour palette if you need them, your selected or supplied images and short video clips where they help, a first-year web address and hosting, a professional email address if you want one, launch setup and one bonus digital marketing tool.
You do not need to arrive with polished copy. Most people do not have that.
You bring the facts. I turn them into a proper little website.

For £295, that is a lot of website. The page, the words, your own web address, the branding, the setup, and a marketing tool to launch with. Bought in bits, it would cost a good deal more, and a fair few of your evenings.

What is the bonus digital marketing tool?
Once the website is live, I will turn your key message into one simple digital asset you can share straight away.
I'll recommend whichever format I think will actually get used and shared for your business. The aim is one practical launch asset, not a full campaign pack.

The questions people ask
Will I have to write any of it myself?
No. You do not need to arrive with polished copy, and most people do not have it.
You give me the basic facts about your business and I turn them into clear, professional wording.
That is my bit.
Can I choose what I get?
You can tell me what would be useful and I will take that into account.
But I will guide the final format based on what makes most sense for your business and how you are promoting it locally.
See a Business Card website in action
The easiest way to understand this offer is to see what it can look like.
A Business Card Website is small, but it should not feel flimsy. It should feel considered, professional and ready to share. And suit YOUR style.
A quick note on style
These examples are here to show the scope, not to box you into a certain look.
Your Business Card Website can be soft and calm, bold and colourful, visual and video-led, simple and practical, or somewhere in between.
I can work with images, short video, links, buttons, contact routes and the kind of visual style that suits your business.
As part of the initial Quick Guidance Call will ask what you like.
That might be competitor sites, local businesses, colour styles, example pages or just a few words like “clean”, “premium”, “friendly”, “bright” or “not too corporate, please”.
You do not need to arrive with a full brand brief.
You just need to give me enough to understand the feel you want.
The examples are not templates.
They are there to show what a small, focused one-page website can become when it has the right message, structure and visual direction behind it.

What will people find when I'm Googled?
When someone searches your name, checks you after a recommendation, or clicks through from Facebook, they should find something that makes you look like a real, reliable business.
Not a half-finished profile. Not an old page from 2017. Not "message me for details" and a blurry van photo.
A Business Card Website gives you a proper page with your services, location, contact details and a clear explanation of what you do. Somewhere simple and professional to land before they call, message or ask for a quote.
And it gives you a proper web address to use everywhere someone might check you out: your Google Business Profile, Facebook, flyers, business cards, WhatsApp, local groups and supplier forms.
The questions people ask
Will it show up in Google search?
Not from cold search, no. A Business Card Website is built to be visible when you share it, not to compete for search terms. It can be indexed by Google, but it is not a full search-led website. If you want one built to win Google and AI search, that is the One-Page Website, my foundation build.
Why include keyword research then?
Because even a simple website should use the right words. The keyword research here is light and practical, it helps me choose sensible wording for your business, service and location. It is not a full SEO strategy.
What is the difference between this and a
One-page Foundation Website?
Both are one-page websites.
They are not doing the same job.
A Business Card Website helps your business look real.
A One-page Foundation Website gives your business somewhere to grow.

"Sometimes you do not need a big website. You need to look like a real business today. I built this for the people who kept telling me exactly that."

Why I built this one
This one came from listening. The same few situations kept coming up.
Someone just starting out, who needed to look credible without spending what a full website costs. Someone running a one-off event or testing a new product, who needed something live quickly and did not want to build a whole website around a maybe. And the one I felt in my own gut, needing to look like a real, established business to someone who was sizing me up.
I remember that feeling from an earlier business of mine. Dealing with a big supplier, knowing full well I could do the work, and having nothing online that backed me up. You can have everything in place and still get judged on whether you look the part.
So I built the smallest, sharpest thing that fixes that. Not a stripped-back version of a proper website. A proper little website that does one job well: making you look exactly as real as you already are.
Secure your Business Card Website build
Websites aren’t usually something you can buy online – but this one is.
Once bought, I’ll be in touch to kickstart the preparation and schedule your build.
Full payment confirms your build slot and allows preparation work to begin.
NB This is a fixed, defined package, paid in full upfront – not an open-ended project.

How does the process work?
1. You buy the package
You buy the Business Card Website and receive a short brief.
2. You send me the basics
You send your business details, contact information, images, links and anything you already have.
3. I create the website
I write the copy, shape the page, sort the look, create a simple logo if needed and build the one-page website.
4. You check it
You review the page and flag anything factual that needs correcting.
5. It goes live
I connect everything needed to get you online professionally. Your bonus digital marketing tool is ready to share on the same day.
Questions people ask
Can I edit the website myself?
This is a managed one-page website, so there is no editor to log into or wrestle with. For the first 7 days after launch, small tweaks and corrections are included, you just send them over. After that, changes are quick to do and charged by time, with a minimum of £30. I will always tell you the cost before doing anything.
