Need to cancel?
I know life gets in the way, so please let me know if you cannot make the call.
Ideally, give at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.
The call is free, but the time is still set aside for you, so I really appreciate you cancelling properly if you can no longer attend.

No. For The Once Over, I look at your website from the outside in - the way your customers, Google and AI search tools see it. You do not need to hand over passwords or logins.
What happens after the call?
I take a proper look at your website, then we arrange a feedback chat so I can talk you through what I found and what I recommend. You will also get a simple snapshot afterwards, so you have the key points to refer back to.
Can I change my time after booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email should include a link to reschedule or cancel. If anything goes wrong, just send me a message and we can sort it.
